Backups:
Database Backup Conditions:
- Backups are taken daily and saved on a rolling 30-day cycle; on the same server the system is installed on. It is the customer’s responsibility to move/save these backups to a secondary, secure location if required.
- Overall, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure an effective backup routine is in place and is constantly running.

The price covers only the subscription cost of the software. We structure this package in this way to help reduce your overall cost. So, rather than inflate our price to cover the cost of training, we allow you to purchase it separately so can purchase as much or as little as you need.
Training is charged daily at a rate of £955+VAT/day. Also, for new purchases, we recommend minimum 2 days training.
Definitely. Your subscription includes support as standard, including access to our online help manuals and customer ticketing system. All our support team are based here in the UK and we’re available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Your subscription also covers ongoing updates. We are continuously improving our products, to bring you the latest functionality on a regular basis. All provided to you as part of your subscription.
We believe that you can only improve what can be measured, so the dashboard comes with powerful built-in reporting to help you analyse information in real-time to improve you factory’s fitness.
Absolutely! When combined with other Fitfactory modules, the scheduler automates production planning through to delivery, with full traceability, to drive productivity improvements.
Our software is only available on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum term of 12 months. This model also helps you realise the benefits and achieve ROI more quickly as there’s a lower upfront cost.
