What counts as a qualifying referral
Rewards are paid in two stages once your referral progresses. To qualify, your referral must meet the criteria below.
The prospect must be new to Fitfactory, not an existing customer and not already in active discussions with us.
The referral must be submitted in writing (via the form) before we first engage with the prospect.
Applies to Tricorn, DNA or Fitfactory ERP only.
Members of the sales team, and anyone whose role includes generating new business, are not eligible.
Public sector bodies (NHS, government, local authorities, universities) are excluded.
