Overview
Precision Metals & Plastics was founded by Liam Roberts in January 2006 with a staff of two. They operate mainly within the Automotive, Medical and Oil and Gas Industries, manufacturing high quality simple and complex CNC turned and milled components in all metals and plastics.
They are able to manufacture turned parts from 0.5mm. to 300mm. and milled components up to 700 x 400 x 250mm in quantities of one-off prototypes to production batches of thousands.
With ongoing investment in the latest technology and highly trained staff, they are able to offer their customers excellent quality and service.
Originally based in Birmingham, they moved to larger premises in their current location in 2012 and now have a staff of four and an annual turnover of £500,000.
Liam commented, “Until 2013, we worked with a manual paper-based system – Excel spreadsheets, Sage, etc., when we decided they needed a faster and more efficient system.”
Selection Process
