A change in leadership
Robert Johnston will become Chief Executive Officer of Fitfactory from 1 April 2026.
After five years leading the business as CEO, Jason Pritchard is moving into a new role as Group Director within Everfield, the long-term owner of Fitfactory. Jason will stay closely connected to Fitfactory in that role, supporting the business alongside other companies in the group.
Five years of growth
Fitfactory has grown significantly over the past five years. Working with our customers, we have continued to develop the platform, expanded our capabilities and supported more manufacturers in improving visibility, efficiency and control across their operations.
About Robert
Robert has been part of the Fitfactory leadership team for many years and has played a central role in shaping our technology and product direction. Jason and Robert have worked together for more than a decade.
What it means for customers
This change does not affect the team you work with, the support you receive or our product roadmap. The same team remains in place, and our focus stays on developing the platform and supporting our customers.
With Everfield's continued backing, we will keep investing in new capabilities, particularly around AI and data-driven manufacturing.
